Team composition

The department is made up of 8 technicians, organized by region, skilled and experienced in diagnostics, repair and maintenance, along with 2 supervisors covering the North and South regions, supported by an assistant manager.

A high-performance specialized workshop

The department has a specialized workshop of over 200m² to ensure the optimization, reliability and durability of our clients' equipment:

Pump servicing and repair
Inspection, upgrading and optimization of control, power and automation panels.

Strategic location

The location of the maintenance division at our headquarters in Montélimar gives us direct synergy with our site teams in the event of major or specific intervention.

Our technicians work throughout the country to carry out diagnostics, provide tailored technical and financial proposals, and then handle on-site repairs, refurbishment, optimization, improvement and maintenance work.

Fountains and misting

We provide full maintenance for fountains, basins and misting installations to preserve their proper operation, performance and aesthetic quality throughout the year.
Our services include recommissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance during the operating season, as well as winterizing installations.
This comprehensive care allows us to anticipate malfunctions, extend equipment lifespan and ensure a reliable installation every season.

Lift station

We carry out the electromechanical upkeep and maintenance of lift stations to ensure reliability and prevent the risk of malfunction.
Our services combine technical equipment inspection with complete servicing of the structure.
When needed, our teams also carry out mechanized cleaning and desludging of the station using a vacuum tanker truck.
This comprehensive maintenance helps preserve the installation's performance and ensures its long-term, secure operation.

Inspection and cleaning visit

Using a vacuum tanker truck
- Rinsing/cleaning of the basket and level switches.
- Complete cleaning of the pumping pit.
Cleaning of isolation valves and check valves.

Electromechanical inspection

Visual inspection of isolation valves and check valves.
Inspection of the control panel including:
- Verification of components ensuring control and protection of the lift station.
- Verification of level switches.
- Inspection of pump current and insulation.
- Manual operation simulation.

Pumping station

We provide maintenance and inspection of pumping stations to ensure their hydraulic performance, electrical reliability and continuity of operation.
Our technicians carry out a complete electromechanical inspection.
The interventions also include necessary adjustments, operation simulations and tests to verify the overall behavior of the installation.
At the end of the visit, a maintenance report allows the installation to be tracked and identifies any corrective actions or improvements needed.

Modification/improvement of control panel for basin level management / sensor

Installation of indicator lights, relays and auxiliary contacts to monitor operation and faults of filling and pumping equipment.
Replacement of filling management sensors with added low-water protection
(Automatic pump shutdown and restart).
Installation of a custom stainless steel enclosure for protection and easy maintenance of the sensor.

Stainless steel animation pump
Supply and replacement of a 10" submersible multistage pump, mounted on a 6" 37kW three-phase 400V motor, along with hydraulic and electrical connection accessories.
Regulating/relief valves with orifice plate and meter
Supply and replacement of DN 100 and 150 valves including connection accessories
