Wastewater Pumping Station – Cambacérès Development, Lattes

Our teams worked in Lattes (34) on the equipment of the Cambacérès development wastewater pumping station, connected to the main sewer serving the MAERA wastewater treatment plant.

This technically demanding project fully demonstrates our expertise in systems dedicated to wastewater treatment and transfer, with particular attention paid to quality of execution, installation reliability and seamless integration into the surrounding environment.

Delivered as a turnkey solution, from detailed engineering and sizing through to testing and commissioning, the project included:

• Supply and installation of 2 pumps, each with a capacity of 170 m³/h;
• Supply and installation of 316L stainless-steel pipework, ranging from DN 200 to DN 300;
• Supply and installation of a 500-litre surge protection system;
• Supply and installation of an H₂S treatment system using Nutriox injection, including a 10 m³ storage tank and unloading control cabinet;
• Supply and installation of a 500 m³/h activated carbon odour treatment system;
• Supply and installation of an 80 kW emergency generator;
• Supply and installation of a monorail and overhead crane for equipment handling;
• Supply and installation of metalwork, including doors, access hatches, guardrails, stairs and platforms;
• Supply, installation and connection of all electrical equipment, including control and remote-management panels, automation systems, ancillary electrical equipment and remote monitoring.
