Belle Environnement at the Heart of an Iconic Paris 2024 Project

A wonderful surprise, kept secret for many months and only revealed on the evening of 26 July 2024, during the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Belle Environnement had the immense privilege of contributing to a truly unique project: the Paris 2024 Olympic Cauldron.

This spectacular flame, which rose into the Paris sky at the end of the Opening Ceremony, captivated audiences across France and around the world.

Monumental, poetic and innovative, the Paris 2024 Cauldron made a lasting impression with its unique design: a fuel-free flame created using water and light.

A remarkable technological and environmental achievement: a flame that does not burn, yet illuminated the Paris skyline and became one of the most iconic images of the Olympic Games.

Being part of this project from the inside will remain an exceptional experience for Belle Environnement and all our teams.

Behind the sense of wonder experienced by the public were months of work, technical expertise, collaboration and, above all, a closely guarded secret maintained until the big night.

Seeing the Cauldron rise above Paris was an unforgettable moment for our teams, filled with an intensity and emotion that are difficult to put into words.

We are extremely proud to have contributed to this collective adventure and to a project that has left its mark on the history of the Paris 2024 Games.

This flame, which has become one of the most memorable symbols of Paris 2024, continues to rise above the Paris skyline every summer, through to 2027.

For Belle Environnement, it will also remain the symbol of an extraordinary human, technical and environmental adventure.

Such a Beautiful Flame, such a Beautiful adventure… and an immense source of pride for Belle Environnement.
