Marenda Lacan Eco-District – Wastewater Pumping Station – Antibes
As part of the development of the Marenda Lacan eco-district in Antibes (06), Belle Environnement contributed to the construction of an innovative system designed to generate heat from wastewater.
Our teams equipped the pumping station with two 250 m³/h pumps, installed stainless steel, HDPE and cast-iron suction and discharge pipework, and integrated two 4 MW heat exchangers.
Despite significant space constraints, Belle Environnement successfully integrated the various hydraulic, valve and instrumentation systems, including motorised valves, safety valves, pressure and temperature transmitters, heat meters and grinders.
Our scope of work also included the construction of electrical control panels, installation of variable frequency drives, electrical wiring, as well as the commissioning of the complete system.
Through this project, our expertise in wastewater pumping, hydraulic engineering, electromechanical systems and energy recovery comes together to deliver high-performance, reliable and sustainable installations.
